Why Natural Skincare?
As a Registered Nurse, I know how essential good skin care is to over all health and wellness. What we put on our bodies can effect our health. I created a line of skin care and bath products that are not only good for your skin, but you can feel good about using them! At Ellen Claire Soapery, our family creates all hand crafted soap, bath, body and skin care products with luxurious oils, butters, and additives such as goats milk, kaolin clays, silks, phthalate free fragrance and essential oils.

When you visit our store in Bloomingdale, you'll typically be able to see us creating your skin care products right in our soap kitchen! We create all of our bath products in small batches to give you the very best skin care products.
Meet DeeDee our RN Owner/ formulator! She works tirelessly, testing new formulas, creating new products and designs.

Katie is DeeDee's daughter. She is a nursing student and is our "Bath Bomb Master". (She's seriously a genius with bath bombs!) She can also create any product in the store and is happy to make recommendations on the best product for your skin.
Niece Abby also works hard creating our products, while also coordinating our events and managing our Website! When not busy at the soapery, Abby is very involved in the youth group at her church.

All of our products are made by hand in our boutique in small batches. On most days, you can even watch as your bath products are made right there for you to see! We give our products the individual attention they deserve. You'll feel the difference on your skin!
